HEALTH SERVICES THE VISION: A unifying human resources value system with standards and practices designed to support the strategic plans of the Department of Health Services and the Programs and Services expected to implement and carry out these departmental strategic plans. The unification of human resources standards and practices of throughout the Department of Health Services will be carried out by sharing the following values: Leadership. Data gathering, monitoring and trending are the strengths of this value.
