Personal Health Services

Personal Health Services (PHS) provides acute and rehabilitative patient care, trains physicians and other health care clinicians, and conducts patient care-related research. PHS operates five hospitals, and one multi-service ambulatory health care center, including some of the nation's premiere academic medical centers through their affiliations with the University of Southern California School of Medicine, UCLA School of Medicine and the Charles R. Drew University of Medicine and Science. In addition, PHS operates six comprehensive health centers and multiple health centers throughout the County, many in partnership with private, community- based providers.
